Episode Summary: Shiranami has Hotaru trapped in his Character Bind Technique and after he talks about the forbidden scroll, he uses a release technique. The scroll starts to absorb chakra, and Utakata and Naruto arrive shortly after. They attack Shiranami, but were binded in his Character Bind Technique as well. They are able to free themselves by using their tailed beasts chakra. Yamato, Sakura, and Sai struggles with the bandits and villagers and are unable to advance.
